Sweet Lassi
Mango LassiUse for the basic mixture (a part milk or water and a part yoghurt) instead of waters or milk
chopped mango pieces (one can use also potted mango).
Everything in the barman mash and after taste with sugar or honey sweeten.
If the consistency is too thick, some waters or ice cubes add and mix again.
Roses Lassi
Give to the Lassi-basic mixture (a part milk or water and a part yoghurt) half a teaspoon of rose water
and sweeten with brown sugar or honey.
It is delightful also the oranges roses Lassi variation with freshly pressed orange juice,
you use instead of waters for the basic mixture and then add the rose water.
Elder flowers Lassi
Give to the basic mixture (a part milk or water and a part yoghurt) two tablespoons elder flower syrup,
the flesh half a lemon and a pinch of salt and then everything mash to a frothy mass originates.
If you like it creamier, take for the basic mixture unskimmed milk instead of waters.
Mithi Lassi
One needs 500 g of yoghurt, 250 ml ice-cold water, crushed ice and approx. 4 tablespoons of sugar.
The yoghurt mix with the water and the sugar in the barman, until the surface becomes frothy.
The crushed ice add the drink still briefly neutralise and then enjoy.
Lychee Lassi
To the production of a Lychee of letting one needs 500 g Johgurt, 200 ml mineral water, 1 tin Lychee in the own
Juice (or of course refines, if available) and APPROX. 1TL sugar.
All ingredients should be well cooled, before one gives them in the barman and allows to beat to a froth there.
Afterwards fill the drink in glasses and serve!
Guavas Lassi
Ingredients: 4 guavas, 300 g of yoghurt, 8 ice cubes, 100ml cold water, 4 tablespoons of sugar and some mint for the decoration
Guavas halve and core. The flesh throw and together with 150 g of yoghurt and the sugar in a barman
well mash.
The remaining yoghurt as well as 100 ml cold water add and mix everything together once briefly.
Per glass 2 ice cubes give and then fill the guava Lassi and then decorate with the mint sheets.
Papaya Lassi
Ingredients: 1 papaya, 1 lime, 300 g of yoghurt, 100ml water, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 knife point cinnamon
Lime halve and squeeze. Papaya halve and remove the cores.
The flesh from the bowl solve and of the lime juice sprinkle. Papaya and sugar in the barman mash,
then stir the cold water under the papaya puree.
Yoghurt add and well mix. Cinnamon unterstir and this papaya-allows to fill in glasses.
Erdbeer Lassi
One needs 300 g of frozen strawberries, 500 g of natural yoghurt, 150ml milk and some sugar
Instead of the frozen strawberries one is able to do also other frozen fruits, like raspberries,
Blueberrys or forest berries use.
All ingredients in a barman give and mash to a nice frothy mass originates.
Afterwards in glasses fill and serve.
Bananas limes Lassie
Ingredients: 2 small bananas, 300ml waters, 300 g of yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 pinch untreated Zitonenschale,
1 pinch of cardamom, 1 pinch of nutmeg and 1 TL honey. In order to serve ice cube
All ingredients in the barman or with the mix stick mash. Ice cubes in glasses give, the Lassi fill and serve.
